Speed & Agility Class (Every Monday) - Train to move more explosively and efficiently off the ice. Think of this class as the off-ice version of a power skating class.

Date(s): June 17, June 24th, July 1st and July 8th

Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Ages: 10-13 years old. Maximum 6 athletes.

Where: 2nd floor turf space.

Cost: $180.00 (four sessions) or $50 (individual session)
